Issue: design an over pressure valve which could be assembled on a LPG pressure reducers avoiding mechanical problems with the beads on the aluminum cast. The project has to offer good performance, reliability, small dimensions and price.

Main technical constraints:  small dimensions, seal compatibility with LPG, setting pressure 2.2, minimal hysteresis
