CUSTOMER NEEDS:

Application: Household heating system: electric towel warmers and radiators

Issue: The heated towel rail contains an electrical  resistance. The resistance heats the internal fluid , usually a mixture of water and glycol. When it reaches the set temperature, a thermostat takes off the resistance; but electronics isn’t always reliable.  So the device should be equipped with a mechanical safety valve.

Main technical constraints: Small dimensions, Material compatibility with water –glycol at high temperature, Application  of external O ring as valve sealing system, Thread G1/2  standard in hydraulic application
